Most RentOurAV.com rentals do not need a truck and a crew. They ship to your venue, and when the event is over, they ship back with prepaid return labels. Delivery goes to any business, anywhere in the United States.

Here is how the ship and return process works, step by step.

Step 1: Request a quote with your dates and venue

Send your dates, venue or cities, and the gear you need. Include the address, the dock, and the hour the room is actually yours. The plan follows the dates you send.

Step 2: Ship date planned around the dock

Shipping is aimed at the venue dock.

Step 3: Receiving cases at the venue

A case list travels with the show file, so you can check what arrived against what you ordered.

Step 4: Setup by your team, or add ours

Shipping is the main way RentOurAV.com rentals work. If you want help, on-site setup and strike, or an A1, V1, or lighting technician, are optional add-ons at extra cost, subject to the city and the dates. Labor is not assumed, so say who is doing the hands.

Step 5: Pack up and ship back with prepaid return labels

• Repack each item in the case it came in.
• Check the case list so nothing stays behind.
• Apply the prepaid return labels included with the rental.

For tours and multi-city events, RentOurAV.com can hold cases between the dates you name and ship them on to the next venue dock. It helps to decide what stays together, what goes home, and what must be in the next city before load-in.
